About Simone

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Rochester, NY who specializes in helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, especially when it comes to overcoming anxiety and/or understanding how early childhood experiences shape our present. Whether you're dealing with codependency, navigating attachment styles, coping with C-PTSD, or healing from unhealthy family dynamics, I’m here to support you on your journey.

My practice also extends to those facing relationship challenges, depression, and women’s issues. However, I believe therapy is beneficial for anyone—whether you're experiencing these specific issues or not. Therapy is a space where you can explore feelings of stress, dissatisfaction, uncertainty, or simply have someone to talk to during life’s transitions. Whatever the reason, therapy can be a powerful tool for growth, clarity, and lasting change.

With nearly a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals and challenges. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) modalities. Additionally, I integrate elements from existential, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment, and emotionally-focused therapies to create effective and personalized treatment for each client.
